(1987-1988 Season #1) 47 Pts vs. Jazz

On December 2, 1987, Bulls came to Utah and won 105-101 with Jordan scored 47 points (17-27 FG and 13-16 FT).. At one time, he dunked on Stockton and Utah's owner yelled to him to pick on someone his own size.. Then the very next play, he dunked over seven-foot Mel Turpin and saying, "Was he big enough?"... In this game, beside his usual offense, he also showed some terrific defenses.. That season he recorded the most blocks by a guard (131 times) and won the Defensive Player of the Year Award..
